Our Online Course and Certification will give you the Knowledge you need to be a successful CSA.

Our certification test is NOT the state notary exam and the content of this test has nothing in common. You must already be a notary to take this certification test. If you pass our certification test you will get a Certified Signing Agents, CSA graphic next to your name in the search listings. 

You will understand the major characteristics of important documents such as the Note, the Deed of Trust, the Right To Cancel, the Settlement Statement, and the Truth in Lending Disclosure, By the end of our course.

In this course you will learn what a signing agent is, how to become a signing agent, why people use signing agents.  You will also learn the loan signing process and how the whole process works and what your opportunities are as a signing agent.

Signing Agents are Notaries that are willing to become mobile. Notaries who are willing to trav­el to people’s homes or businesses to witness signings of documents; willing to be available during evenings or weekends; and willing to substantially increase their monthly incomes. You must be a duly commissioned Notary and one that has earned a Signing Agent Certification. As a Signing Agent, or Mobile Notary, you are an independent contractor who can work for as many lenders as you like. You can sign up with as many agencies as you choose. You are hired by lenders and title companies to witness the signing of the loan documents required for real estate closings.  There are hundreds of lenders and signing agent services that are willing to pay anywhere from $50.00 per signing to $125.00 for each loan signing completed. How much you make and how big of a demand you’ll encounter will depend entirely upon where you live and how hard you are willing to work to market yourself. 

Every 2 Years we will require you to take a new test to keep you current. The re-certification is only $10.00.
